This book is a peek into the process that I went through of stripping myself and being stripped of everything that I thought I knew about life myself and God. I unpacked people's perceptions, rejection, betrayal, anger, fear, frustration, and impatience amongst other things and realigned myself with God's perception of me.

“Selah” embodies restoration. Patience, trusting God, and deliverance are recurring themes throughout the book. It was written during a season that God seemingly paused my life to fill me up with the knowledge of Him as a Father.
